New 25000 sq m National Forensic Mental Health Services Hospital in Portrane Dublin is designed to achieve BER A3. Accessed through a spacious reception block, the hospital is laid out as a series of  Pavilion Buildings that leads into the facility. A central plantroom provided services for 11 Buildings.

 

Another successful BIM Project as the efficient coordination of services at an early stage led to minimal lead in and early prefabrication.

 

High emphasis on equipment selection, quality of product and installation led to a quicker commissioning and handover programme.
